Design lead and project manager of their cloud-based templates platform. This involved 60+ interviews and hundreds of pages of data from the Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch teams.
This data then informed our final platform's UX, UI and content design. A true collaborative effort, the solutions we rolled out were well-received by internal staff, clients and senior leadership, while staying aligned within their international brand guidelines.
