Brand Identity and Websites for sister brands Ally Skills NZ and Multitudes
"Meghan invests upfront in understanding our audience and our bigger business goals, and then she layers that knowledge into the brand she creates.
Her engagement with the bigger context & strategy means that her work is far more effective – we've had multiple clients compliment us on our design, which is testament to Meghan's great work.
Meghan has been communicative and responsive, and extremely reliable with timelines and flexible when our needs have changed. I highly recommend Meghan and will absolutely reach out to her again for future design strategy needs."

Visual identity for Ally Skills NZ, a programme to help create more inclusive workplaces. As well as sister company Multitudes, a data gathering app to measure the effectiveness of companies’ diversity and inclusion efforts.
Both of these companies’ approach is simple: everyday ways people can use their influence to stand with marginalised groups in the workplace.
For the logomark, I leveraged the two double ‘L’s in the name by drawing parallels with the equal sign and the concept of standing with someone as their ally. For Multitudes, data and human behaviour drove the concept for the logo.
